Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been clearly used beyond simple testing (e.g. more than a few sprays to assess the scent).

We encourage customers to test their fragrance gently upon receipt to ensure it meets their expectations as described. Any product showing signs of excessive use will not be eligible for return.

We do not offer refunds.
However, we do offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

• The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• The fragrance must not be clearly used beyond testing.

• All exchange requests are reviewed upon return.

Once your return is approved, you may exchange your item for another fragrance of equal value.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
